Dr. Subodha Kumar is the Paul R. Anderson Distinguished Chair Professor at Temple University's Fox School of Business, with expertise in Statistics, Operations, and Data Science. He serves as Founding Director of the Center for Business Analytics and Disruptive Technologies and directs the Ph.D. Program in Operations and Supply Chain Management. Dr. Kumar earned his Ph.D. and MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas, following degrees from IIT Kanpur and BIT Sindri. His editorial leadership is extensive, serving as Deputy Editor for Production and Operations Management Journal and Founding Executive Editor of Management and Business Review Journal. He pioneered two influential departments at POM Journal: the POM-IS Interface Department and Disruptive Technologies and Operations Management Department. Dr. Kumar has held editorial positions with numerous prestigious journals, shaping discourse on business analytics and digital transformation. His expertise connects traditional operations management with technological innovation, establishing him as a thought leader in both academic and industry circles.
